The FTC Jewelry Guides expect lab-grown diamonds to be clearly described as laboratory-grown, laboratory-created or similar wherever they are marketed. Every stone we ship is described that way on the invoice and its grading report, which makes your own disclosure straightforward.
Shipping and paperwork
Shipments travel with a specialist insured valuables courier and arrive with a commercial invoice, packing list and the original grading report for each stone. Import duty and any state taxes are settled by the importer of record; we can advise on the shipping terms that suit your set-up.

Are your diamonds described in line with FTC guidance?
Yes. Every stone is invoiced and reported as laboratory-grown, so your own product descriptions can follow the FTC Jewelry Guides without extra work.
Can you supply to the specs on our website listings?
Yes. Send the shapes, carat ranges, colours and clarities you list and we will quote matching stones from stock or source them to order.
What is the smallest order you accept from the U.S.?
We are a trade supplier. Enquiries should be for business orders of US$2,000 or more; we don't supply single retail items below that.

How long does delivery to the U.S. take?
Stock goods usually ship within a few business days of payment and arrive a few business days later by insured valuables courier. We confirm dates with the invoice.

Do you sell to consumers in the U.S.?
